TWN Communications customers in Apache County that received notice from TWN about the transition to Gila Broadband

Your internet service is being migrated to use local fiber circuits by January 1st.
For most customers no equipment change is needed right away.
Service plan upgrades will occur during early 2026 and you will be notified about plan options when available.
Emails and phones calls from Gila Broadband will inform you how to login to your new Client Zone account.
Billing for service renewal will occur on the same day of the month as your current plan.
Current TWN service prices are guaranteed not to increase during 2026.
So unless you choose to switch to another service plan you will not see a price increase.
Most customers will see a decrease in price and an increase in speed.
