Current Outages
1/6/2026 a brief outage occurred in Springerville when Navopache Electric was working on power to the hospital. Power to our fiber cabinet was restored about 1:10pm. If you are in Springerville and experienced any issues after power was restored please let us know.
Currently no known outages impacting any of our service areas.
If your service is out try power cycling the equipment to reboot it and if that doesn't resolve it then create a support ticket in your Client Zone portal or call (928) 613-2163
