6/23/2026 about 9:30-10pm there was a widespread fiber service outage impacting all services in Southern Apache County
Service has been restored and no known outages are impacting any of our service areas.
If your service is out try power cycling the equipment to reboot it and if that doesn't resolve it then create a support ticket in your Client Zone portal or call (928) 613-2163
Scheduled Maintenance
Regular maintenance hours are from 3 am to 6 am. Brief service outages may occur during this time to allow software updates and configuration changes when needed.
